Lo-Pro River Gypsy Frame
The River Gypsy cat frame is the most popular cat frame we sell. It's the perfect cat frame for the solo boater who craves class IV-V water. This frame matches up perfectly with 11'-14' Sotar's ST and Legend tubes, and Aire's Performance and Wave Destroyer tubes. Most people run this frame solo and empty on serious day runs, or fill the back compartment with gear and do some healthy overnighters (Illinois, South Fork Salmon, Selway). We also offer a removable rear seat bar for those who want to bring a friend and show them some fun day runs. The benefits the Lo-Pro Gypsy frame is that it's capable of being a full breakdown frame. This is very important for people that plan on flying into certain rivers where there's simply not enough room for the fully welded Gypsy frame. Also, for the customers that don't have the benefit of picking up their new frame, the Lo-Pro Gypsy is less than half the cost of shipping compared to the fully welded version. Lastly, the Lo-Pro version offers unlimited adjustability for rower's of all shapes and sizes. We utilize NRS Lo-Pro oar towers which are available in 6", 8", and 10" heights although the majority of our customers go with the 8" tall towers. The Gypsy comes with standard yokes or high clearance "tunnel frame" yokes. Optional removable floor frame modules are available for webbed floor applications. We can weave the webbed floor for you or save some money and you can weave it in yourself. We have all the webbing materials needed for sale if desired.
